AzoogleAds has slowly become one of the largest affiliate networks out there on the market.  AzoogleAds has quite possibly the highest paid offers available on the market.  They are very personal and you are assigned an affiliate manager unlike other networks which make you apply in order to run their offers.  I recommend this network for all of your needs.  I wouldnt try to do much black hat with these guys though, they are pretty strict on that kind of stuff.

Problems: They have changed the rewards program several times which is kind of lame.  If you are planning to do Blackhat, these guys do pay on time, but the affiliate managers watch your traffic closely so be careful.
